Your doctor told you to do Kegels. So you squeezed. And you could feel it working — that tension, that contraction. So you kept going. For weeks, maybe months.
And the leaks didn't stop.
Here's why: feeling the squeeze and actually building pelvic floor strength aren't the same thing. Without resistance, you're activating the muscle — but you're not training it. You're contracting into thin air, and no muscle in your body has ever gotten stronger that way.
Fortis changes that. It gives your pelvic floor something to push against — real physical resistance that loads the exact muscles controlling your bladder. Every squeeze builds real, functional strength. Not just tension you can feel, but strength that actually stops the leaks.
Just sit in a chair and place Fortis between your knees.
Squeeze against the resistance for 3 sets of 10 reps per day.
No insertion, no wires, no apps. It looks like exercise equipment because that's what it is. Do it watching the news or at your desk — nobody needs to see it.
Pads and guards manage the symptom — you'll buy them every month, forever, and nothing gets stronger.
EMS devices ($175–$350) contract your muscles for you, which is like having someone else do your push-ups — your brain-muscle connection never develops, and many require internal probes.
Kegels alone are the right idea, but with no resistance and no feedback, most men are training blind and quit within weeks.
Fortis costs $79 once, makes you do the work against real resistance, and applies the same progressive overload principle that strengthens every other muscle in your body.
Your pelvic floor isn't broken.
It's undertrained.
After my prostatectomy I did Kegels for over a year with no improvement.
I was skeptical about this but have been using it for about 5 weeks now and I'm down from 4 pads a day to 0.
I'm very happy with my results.
Been leaking for 2 years and have done Kegel exercises without any change.
I was skeptical about using this device but could feel the difference with the resistance on your pelvic floor muscles.
I don't leak anymore now.
Simple and well-made device.
You squeeze in and out, it's trained me to have a lot more control.
Avoid Amazon copies that appear similar at all costs, they are fake low quality versions of Fortis.
Doctors, urologists and physical therapists are officially recommending Fortis to men experiencing bladder leakage in comparison to standard pelvic exercises. Thousands of men worldwide are getting their desired results from using it.
If you don't notice fewer leaks within 30 days, full refund. You keep the trainer. $79 once. No subscriptions. No ongoing cost.

Very good device, stopped waking through the night and no longer using pads
Had prostatectomy 13 months ago and still didn't have control back, used this device for 4 weeks and no more leaking. I still use this every day.
I did not want to write this review, but here goes. I ordered my original device and loved it, making significant progress four months out of my surgery. Then my device fell apart, literally came apart as I was using it. No biggie, it was beyond 30 days. Sometimes things happen. So I ordered another device. Never got it. Delivery company says they attempted delivery. Doorbell camera says differently.
Took a chance on ordering this device and glad I did, have regained back control
Certainly saw big improvement using this, 4 stars because it is still a workout
Please with my results using device
They do not tell you all of the downfalls of removal. I was told 3-6 months recovery, total bullshit. Doing keagles until my nuts ached, no relief. Pads, depends, dog pads for the beds, became a prisoner of home. Totally ruined my life. Glad I was able to find this device because four weeks with the fortis and I am down to one diaper a day, and two pads.
The device has done exactly what I was hoping it would do.
Used this device for four weeks, throughout that time I was still going through 4 pads a day. Then one morning a lot changed and went to only having to use 1 pad a day. (I still have some stress incontinence if I exercise or go for a long walk)
Not for me but can see how some would find it useful. Recieved refund for order which was good.
ok
Good device
